Description

The ventilation unit Filters ISO ePM1 are custom-made and equipped with extruded technopolymer frame. These filters can be configured with a choice of front dimensions and 25 or 48 mm thickness and contain a pleated polypropylene filter element manufactured in a clean room using the latest technology. Ventilation unit filters in ISO andPM1 with plastic frames can be made in all sizes and are compatible with ventilation systems with 25 or 48 mm thick housing. The AEROFEEL ventilation unit filters are made with special polypropylene filter elements composed of a coarse fiber spunbond backing layer to which a layer of fine meltblown fibers is added, giving high efficiency even for pollutants of tenths of micron particle size. The filter material is pleated with high-precision machines, and the pleats are kept at calibrated distances with solvent-free EVA adhesive separators.
