SERIES "C" mod. "AC" The cartridges are of the Pre-coat type with activated carbon. They remove Giardia and Cryptosporidium cysts, asbestos fibers, chlorine, odors, colors, flavors, turbidity, making the water safe, crystal clear, good to drink, for all uses in the kitchen: Cooking food, boiling pasta, water for dough and food production in general. For rinsing fruit and vegetables, for broth and various soups. Production of slushes. They protect all machinery used in the restaurant or domestic sector for food production from blockages, wear and corrosion. Filter density:0.5 microns (0.00050 mm) Capacity:2,840 liters Flow rate:1.9 liters per minute Temperature:the incoming water must not exceed 38°C. Pressure:the incoming pressure must not exceed 10 bar. Activation:Run water through the filter at maximum pressure and flow rate for at least 2 minutes to allow air to be purged from the cartridge. The quick-change cartridge is replaced by rotating it 90 degrees without the use of any tools. We recommend changing the cartridge every six months, regardless of the remaining flow rate, for greater safety, hygiene, and wholesomeness of the water.
