What is it?

A sample-collection kit for Legionella investigation across a yacht's hot and cold water systems, including typical high-risk and low-use sampling points. Provides sterile bottles, labelling and chain-of-custody documentation — laboratory testing is arranged separately.

Where is it used?

How does it work?

1. 1Order the kit and receive it onboard.
2. 2Follow the enclosed instruction card to collect the sample from the correct point.
3. 3Label the sample and complete the sample record sheet.
4. 4Scan the QR code to register the sample digitally with ECT.
5. 5Send or hand the sample to your chosen laboratory for analysis.
